$720.00 – $1,440.00
All the hand-knotted detail of The Oak Park rug displayed in a matching runner. This botanical design in the Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau styles draws together poppies, oak leaves, and grapes to suggest the influence of C.F.A. Voysey. A golden background with a pale sage border, accented by spruce and mahogany red.
Hand-knotted in northern India from 100% New Zealand wool, our rugs are produced on upright wooden looms that reflect a handcraft dating back more than 1,000 years. Swiss Chrome dyes are used versus traditional vegetable dyes to ensure color-fastness and consistency from rug to rug.
The Arts & Crafts rug patterns are authentic reproductions. As with the original period rugs, knot density is a direct reflection of design complexity. Open patterns with large scale designs usually require 50-80 knots/inch. More intricate designs require more. A typical 8′ x 10′ rug will have upwards of 575,000 hand-tied knots.
