Spencer Peterman’s Oval Cutting & Serving Boards are made of beautiful Spalted Maple and come in a variety of sizes, perfect for preparing and serving a meal of any size or simply for use as a centerpiece. Handmade from sustainably sourced fallen trees in their earliest stages of decomposition, these boards boast a rough, soy-stained edge and spalted lines, allowing nature’s true beauty to shine through. All of our products are food safe. Hand wash only.

Care: Spencer Peterman’s boards are kiln dried to 6% moisture content to stabilize and prevent future cracking and checking. Hand wash boards with mild soap and water. Dry with towel. Do not place in the oven/dishwasher or submerge in water. Boards have a food-safe finish to bring out the natural beauty of the wood. It is recommended that you apply mineral oil once a month (or whenever needed) to maintain the natural beauty of the wood and to help prevent the wood from staining.
