For over 20 years, the artisans at Motawi Tileworks have hand-crafted art tile. These distinctive tiles are known for their rich glazes and uniquely American designs inspired by nature, art, and architecture. This new tile was inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the greatest architects of the 20th century. The Samara House, named after a pinecone’s winged seeds, is in West Lafayette, Indiana, and contains several versions of this stunning samara seed pattern.
